Pricing

Prices for all models are based in part on your governing building code requirements for:

• Snow load
• Wind load
• Use category
• Site exposure conditions
• Seismic zone (if applicable)
• Freight to your steel building site
• Your pre-engineered steel building specifications and design requirements
• Your foundation connection preference

WARRANTIES

Manufacturer's Warranty shall warrant the following:

1. All prefabricated steel structures are engineered in accordance with applicable local building codes. Qualified engineers design these buildings to withstand specified wind and snow loads and consider intended occupancy as well as site-specific exposure conditions. Purchasers are responsible for providing this information to the manufacturer.
2. All materials will be free of defect in material and workmanship.

There is a 50-year warranty against corrosion for all building models offered by Pioneer Steel.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept most major credit cards, cheque, money order, cash, or a combination there-of. We ask you to pay a deposit when you sign your agreement and then pay the balance upon delivery of your steel building.
